Rene'e Hampton MA, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Rene’e is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of South Carolina. With more than 25 years in the field of Human Services she began her career as a state employee in 1995 serving in such capacities as a vocational counselor, a mental health counselor, substance abuse counselor, clinical consultant, and child advocate.

She received her graduate degree from the South Carolina State University, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.

As a practitioner of the healing arts, Rene’e uses an eclectic approach to the evidence-based treatment modalities that will best serve the individuals need of her clientele. While instinctively aligning collaborative goals and objectives which serve as a road map in the journey ahead, Rene’e integrates active inclusion of the client and formally assigns them as “driver.” She believes that the establishment of this role will empower and equip them for all of what awaits them on this journey called “life.”

Rene’e challenges her clients to consider life as a journey to which encompasses self-discovery. Along this journey we sometimes approach roadblocks and detours dimming the light and darkening days, which makes it difficult to navigate through. She extends an invitation to help you turn on the lights!
