Richelle is a graduate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology which she received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Counseling. She has experience in working with diverse individuals who have a variety of presenting issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, major life events, interpersonal conflicts, and much more. Richelle implements a variation of therapeutic concepts, with an emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic therapy. She believes in uplifting people and helping them understand that are more than a label, more than a condition. They are worthy and possess their own individual and unique beauty.

Richelle’s approach involves creating a safe, accepting, non-judgmental space for the client and foster a strong therapeutic alliance that reinforces healthy thoughts and behaviors. She is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and passionate about building a safe space for that community to help overcome challenges and build confidence in living their best possible life.
